TLM-P1 Telemetry Device
Control’s TLM-P1™ features three simultaneous LTE connections and utilises our SurePath™ technology to deliver live data to the garage using the best network available at any point on the track.

The TLM-P1 Telemetry Device provides tight integration with vehicle systems, enabling diagnostic information from the device to be logged and viewed in real time. Behaviour can be controlled directly through vehicle control systems, allowing for advanced data transmission strategies and seamless network management.
With its CAN integration, the device supports both high- and low-bandwidth telemetry switching (for compatible loggers) and allows dynamic control of telemetry options such as transmission modes and data destination. CAN control also enables the logger to suppress unnecessary data transmission, ensuring predictable data usage and efficient operation.
Powered by Ethernet connectivity, the TLM-P1 achieves higher data rates than traditional RS232 telemetry. Its built-in cloud connectivity allows for remote diagnostics, configuration and software updates, while the inclusion of an ultracapacitor ensures the device resumes operation instantly if power is briefly interrupted — no reboot required.
All three SIM cards within the device share a common data pool through our private network platform, helping to maintain stable connections and consistent costs across all telemetry sessions.
